She was very responsive and communicative especially since we were doing a remote purchase. Martha is a consummate professional who has a great stable of quality contractors at her disposal. When she call, they come running. It’s the way it’s suppose to be but, seldom is in MB. Her experience, level of knowledge and attention to detail is the absolute best. I found her through a friend and I’m so grateful. We’ve had some interesting challenges with our sale. Most of which involved buyers agents with little to no experience. She has had to cheerlead and coach one agent, another she had to correct ridiculous clerical mistakes like our unit number(!) on the contract and personally speak to the buyers lender to assist in closing the deal. You can’t make this stuff up folks. It’s crazy. Get the best. Get Martha and save yourself a whole lot of grief.
