Although the individuals that work here try to provide excellent service, they are setup to fail the customers and eventually, the business (until it renames itself and shows up somewhere else). Had a good experience selecting all the homes for our home built by Shea, but they just rip you off and have quite a few options. Just choose all the default/free-upgrade options from the builder and get it all done outside. You will most likely end up paying half or a third with outside contractors (with much better service and customization) than what it costs you if you go with this builder.

I’m not happy with my o Shea home. Bathrooms always clog for no reason and the house shakes too much from outside noise. Of course they don’t care.
