The reason for the two stars is because I did not go through the entire process with ClearPath Lending. I provided all my information to ClearPath Lending to obtain an offer. I was told I would receive a formal response within 3-4 hours, this was on 1/7/2026. On 1/12/2026 I responded to the email stating I have yet to receive an offer from the sales manager. ClearPath Lending ran my credit, as well as my wife's, significantly impacting our credit. I was really looking forwards to working with this lending company but based on my personal experience I started to look at other options.

Clear Path Lending EXCEEDED my expectations. Steven Roy went above and beyond to ensure I was completely taken care of as it relates to my refinance VAIRRRL. Steven was attentive, professional and honest!!!! TO ALL VETERANS: If you are in store for a refinance or finance, Clear Path is the way to go. The level of customer service provided is hard to come by these days so take advantage of it when deemed necessary. I highly recommend Clear Path (Steven Roy) in Particular.

He offered transparent feedback when answering questions and made sure my refinance matched MY needs. Overall, 10/10. Will be reusing for any future financing options.

I worked with Lily on multiple loans with clear path lending. This was by far the best experience I had working with a lender. She was extremely helpful and responsive.
