My home was built in 2019. We've had issues with the home since then. Mainly our flooring thru out the home. It's buckling, snapping and breaking. The warranty person was in our home last March to inspect it. He noticed all of these issues. We've attempted to call and text him to hear of a solution but hasn't responded. It's only getting worse making our home unsatisfactory. Would like someone to contact me to resolve this issue.

New, safe, beautiful neighborhood, conveniently located close to Baylor campus. Fairly priced homes, with a reputation for building quality homes.

After being in our new home for 1 year, I will say that yes, we have had a few warranty issues, but Stylecraft is very responsive to these. We have one more Warranty item that will be worked out and i will do a final review after that takes place. Average electric bill is just $115 at approx. 1400kwh's per month. Appears to be well insulated and the construction supervisor was attentive to our questions/concerns. I do wish they would give new buyers a few more options, with the possibility of hiring their subs to do work after the house is transferred to owner. Being new to the area, it is tough to find someone to do work, so having that option, even at a small fee, would be beneficial.

I don't normally write reviews however, I've had about enough of this company. We had them build our house and signed our contract right before the covid price hike. This caused them to rush building our house and it has had a lot of issues. I am not upset that they made mistakes I'm upset at how they are handling said mistakes. We get the run around and they provide bandaid fixes just so it will be fine until our warranty expires so it's no longer their problem. Had they fixed the problem the correct way the first time it probably would have saved time and money. Won't be having them build me a house ever again in the future.

Lot of issues with the home that showed up after "warranty" expired. Had to pay to re-wire air condition blower in attic, told by electrician it was just a poor quality job. Now, light fixture in living room doesn't work because of poor wiring and light fixture in another room flickers as well. Other issues were told at closing inspection would be covered under warranty were not. The garage door consistently has problems was told because of poor installation so another service I have to pay for. All in all, be careful, construction of homes not the best quality.
