They move people in knowing they have a mice and roach INFESTATION. Then they DEMAND you leave your apartment every friday for months on end for 6 hours so they can "exterminate" yet the pest problem never ends. The apartments stink because of the mice. There are now flies because of the mice, and smell. There is trash everywhere. My car has been broken into. Kids run around unsupervised causing damage to property and landscape. The laundry room door is off its hinges, exposing dangerous shards of wood. Parking is a nightmare. The negatives about these apartments just goes ON AND ON. I cannot WAIT for my lease to end.
UPDATE: The owner of Real Property Management came to my door yelling at me for putting in a maintenance request about unsafe lighting. They then charged me a RETALIATION FEE of $25 masquerading at a fee for having to come out and check on the lights. Charged a tenant $25 for checking on unsafe lighting, after verbally assaulting me. The property management company handling this complex is a scam. They don’t care about the property or the tenants. It’s very sad and scary for people living here.
