The office and maintenance team are filled with good people. I can't say enough about Christian, Austin, Angel, Sarah and the head honcho, Jarrett. They care a lot. When an issue arises, they address it right away. The amenities are very nice and well maintained. The layouts of the apartments are good. The kitchen's the best part of the apartment. ... These next few comments are follow up to my previous words above and below. As you can see below, I outlined in my first post some concerns about valet trash and dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs. Management addressed the valet trash issue right away yesterday. Hopeful the dog issue can be taken care of. Jarrett, the manager, does not mess around when it comes to serious issues here. I'm very appreciative of his efforts and his tea

I sold my home to relocate and hadn’t lived in an apartment for over 10 years, so I was a bit hesitant to make the switch back. I toured just about every complex in South Daytona and Port Orange before choosing this one, and after living here for a month, I can confidently say I’m so glad I did! Angel in the front office was incredible and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The community itself is a perfect size; not overwhelmingly large, which I personally love. The grounds are beautifully maintained and always clean. The clubhouse is stunning, and the pool area truly feels like a little private oasis. As a dog owner, I really appreciate how well everyone takes care of the property and cleans up after their pets. I had one minor maintenance request, and it was taken

Been here a while. You will hear your upstairs neighbors walk. You will hear noise and detailed conversations from nextdoor neighbor balconies. Some tenants are very disrespectful of the community quiet hours. The celing above you will NOT silence the sound of your upstairs neighbor playing loud music, yelling, partying, dropping things, walking, banging, moving furniture, having a dog, dancing, flushing toilets, running the dryer, or stomping. Just like any other apartment, at least get the 4th floor if you are noise sensitive to walking, stomping, vacuuming, moving furniture. We hear our upstairs neighbors doing all of the above 80% of the day (yes, we even hear them stomping from 2am - 6am....and it is not fun. Other than the above, its a good place to live. I just moved into this apartment complex yesterday 10/01/25 and I was blown away about how helpfull, knowledgeable and hard working this entire staff was. Everyone from the management to the maintenance was extremely welcoming!!! The grounds and the apartment are on top tier condition. I’m not a fan of apartment complexes whatsoever and I definitely give this place a 10/10. Not only did they work around the clock, they called back when they said they would. I was impressed just by that alone. But the thing that stood out to me the most is a grounds keeper named Austin, I was moving my things by myself and my furniture is oversized and I was struggling and Austin didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing just to help me.
