South Beach Apartments

I lived at South Beach Apartments for 3 years and I really did enjoy my time there, very much! The ladies in the front office are fantastic and you really do feel like family when you are there...Paulina really looks out for residents! And the maintenance guys are seriously the best! They are the most personable and pleasant guys and are always on top of repairs and things that need doing! The campus is beautiful as well and they really put in a lot of work to keep it looking nice :) I only chose to leave because I needed more room than a 2 bedroom apartment could offer but if you are in need of an apartment, at the oceanfront, definitely consider South Beach! You won't regret it!

Think before renting here. If you’re in a rush to find a location (military) please do your homework before signing. This business isnt fair to include the geese poop everywhere. Gym is the size of a closet and they do have large waterbug/roaches on the property. Their response is that they spray but when it warms up you see them everywhere. The maintenance crew is great but overall I dont recommend. Parking is the best thing here due to you having a locked in spot. Unknown activity has been occurring as well. Police has been here multiple times in this month searching for something. (No email was posted to us about the activity) Floors are not solid, you could literally bounce in your living. I had an excellent experience touring South Beach Apartments with the assistant community manager, Ashley. Her customer service is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always helpful. Ashley made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience renting an apartment here. The facilities are well-maintained and maintenance is always quick to respond, even the day before Christmas. This will be my first choice when returning to VA Beach. The front office staff is completely transparent and always ready to assist.

Very friendly and clean place to live. Office staff is always welcoming and does a great job at keeping the community informed, and they often schedule themed events for folks living here. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and very easy to chat with. Grounds are maintained well and unit appliances and hardware are kept updated.
