Sorrento Luxury Apartments

We moved in about a year ago and things were great. We worked with Paige, who was such a ray of sunshine and the quality of service was what convinced us to sign the lease. The floor plan was beautiful, and we have enjoyed our living space. It felt very secure, with gate access that required a scan in or buzz in to the building, which was one of the most important features to us. We had problems with our washer, and it was fixed and replaced expeditiously. The community was very quiet, and we had enjoyed it until about 4-5 months ago. Some time ago, we called the office to talk to Paige about a problem. We found out Paige no longer worked here, which was an unfortunate loss for this place. I moved in here, recently, and absolutely love this place! The staff are more than accommodating. Lindy offers exceptional customer service and was the reason I decided to sign a 15 month lease. She leads a fabulous team of professionals who are always quick to respond to anything you need. I was surprised at how sturdy and quiet my first floor apartment was during our most recent hurricane! I felt totally safe and secure! The community is well lit at night and everyone I’ve encountered are very nice. I love the interior of my large one-bedroom apartment home! It’s very spacious and decorated with modern fixtures and tones. Bottom line, you won’t find a nicer, cleaner, or friendlier luxury apartment community in Sarasota, than Sorrento Luxury Apartments.

I absolutely love living at Sorrento Luxury Apartments! The staff here is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From day one, they’ve made me feel welcome and taken great care of any questions or requests I’ve had. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and the office team truly goes the extra mile to make sure residents are happy. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-kept, with great amenities and a real sense of community. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend Sorrento to anyone looking for a great place to live with a team that genuinely cares about their residents!

LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HOME! Huge shoutout to Lindy for being amazing, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Moving to Sarasota was new for me, but Lindy held my hand throughout the process and made the transition so much more smooth than it started. The apartment is great! First things first, LINDY IS AMAZING!! Great personality, character, and goes above and beyond. I first called to see about getting approved, I was thinking of pushing things off, but she knew the right questions to ask me to make it seem less and genuinely tried to help me so I stayed on the phone. My girlfriend and I came in to get a tour of the 3 bedroom that weekend and she showed us multiple, explained the layouts perfectly, and made it make sense from the start. No confusion, no hesitation, no beating around the bush, she was very upfront, honest, gave us exactly what we needed without a runaround. I’ve done sales for years and run an agency of my own, she’s very easy to work with personally and professionally. Thank you LINDY!! And the new girl at the front desk was amazing with her
