Sonata Estates

I’m a current resident and it’s the worst service ever. My AC is currently off and has been off for the last 4 days. When I spoke with the office, they continued to share false promises, not return phone calls, nor shared ETA for service. They did put temp machines in, yet they’re far from effective. I’ve requested to speak with a regional manager 4 times only to be told they’d call me back. NEVER CALLED BACK! The service is inconsistent, they don’t cut the grass on schedule, and work order response is poor. I still have work order requests that’s still open. Do better Sonata Estates, Do Better! And YES, my AC is still off and it’s Summer in August. Sense of Urgency Please!!!

I had a last minute change in my plans when my original housing arrangement feel through and I was in a tough spot. Thankfully, I was referred to Sonata Estates and I’m so glad I was. Stephanie Hardison went above and beyond to make the entire process smoother and stress free. From start to finish She made the transition incredibly easy and we were moved in just two days later!! I truly appreciate her professionalism, efficiency and kindness. I HIGHLY recommend both Stephanie and Sonata Estates.

Review for Sonata Estates I recently toured Sonata Estates and had the pleasure of working with both Stephanies during my visit. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Although I won't be moving until the end of the summer, I already feel confident and excited about my decision. The staff's warmth and attentiveness played a big role in that. I’m giving Sonata Estates 5 stars! There were some changes through the process that made it a bit slow but customer service support was top of the line! Ms. Stephanie and her new staff member are on top of it all! You will LOVE the concept and modern touches in the homes. The office staff is super helpful-the sweetest!!! Great additional home for our temporary needs. Cutest modern cottage style homes. Easy!
