They are incentivizing new tenants to make a good review. — Edit, 6/14/25 It’s been over a month since Michele Graeber from came by to inspect my apartment and told us they would address the issues we arose regarding the mold in the ceilings & walls, the leaky dishwasher, the broken seal on the fridge, the broken stovetop and missing grate from our oven, and the flooring coming up throughout the entirety of the apartment due to a bad installation. We have not received any type

I started my lease a month ago and have to say the process was straight forward, though there were several steps to go through. The manager, Angel, is very friendly and helpful. I really like her. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly, but I’m looking forward to having the stairs power washed. I feel at home here and the residents are friendly. My parking stall mate is picky, so Angel is moving me to another stall so I don’t have to deal with that. My deck is wonderful but constantly has pine cones dropping on it. All in all I’m glad I’m living here.

Process was fast towards getting approved Thanks to Angel i can tell property management takes pride in her job and professionalism, noticed some things that could be fixed in my apartment and Ms Angel is on top of getting these matters handled quickly which I can appreciate.

Do not rent from these crooks, from the day we moved in we got baited and switched with a different unit than we had toured and agreed to, unfortunately we were moving from out of state so we didn’t have much of a choice and had to take it. The units floors were peeling up all the appliances and cabinets are outdated and not maintained and not what we agreed upon. They don’t take Care of the property and there is always trash like couches and furniture rotting in public areas for weeks at a time and to top it all off they have decided to start charging for parking for no apparent reason or any value add. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived and have been treated poorly and with disrespect since I have moved in. Do not rent from these greedy slumlords, you have been warned.
