Maple Pointe Apartments

I recently signed a lease to staying at Maple Point Apartments in Burien, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that will make my stay enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding management by “Kodey”. He was incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive, always available to address any questions or concerns. “Kodey” went above and beyond to ensure that all residents felt at home. I lived here for about 2 years. Great location! Beautiful apartment, a little pricey but that’s expected. Maintenance was very quick to complete work orders. I also loved having my own washer and dryer. The only issue I had was the heavy use of visitor parking by other tenants. It was always very difficult to have friends come over because there wouldn’t be any visitor parking spots available.

Very nice, freshly renovated apartment. The application process and move was seamless thanks to Cody (property manager) and team. We had a simple maintenance issue and it was handled and resolved within 24 hours. We couldn’t be more happy with our new apartment home.

I am so happy that we could finally find a place to call home (Maple Point Apartments). We are so thankful to management team at this complex specially Kody and Tracy whom made the whole process so easy and quick for us to move in. This place sucks. The front desk people are rude, and the management WILL increase your rent steadily. The neighborhood is full of drug addicts and thieves who constantly steal your mail or break into your car if they get the chance. The area between our unit and the next one became a popular spot for homeless people to defecate, which was pretty awesome. And the "on-site security" consists of one stoned teenager rolling slowly through the parking lot in a patrol car with his red and blue lights on maybe twice a night. As others have said, don't expect to get your deposit back. They will find any way to gouge you that they can. One of the items of on my move-out checklist was "lint in dryer". Seriously?
