I am very satisfied with the property’s office staff — they are always willing to help, no matter what. Every interaction has been handled with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to assist. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure concerns are addressed promptly. Their positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference in the overall experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities, especially the pool, fitness center, and lounge areas, make it easy to relax and feel right at home. The management team is professional and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. The neighborhood is also convenient, with great dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, Solace Apartments is a wonderful place to live, peaceful, modern, and managed by a team that truly cares about their residents. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community.

To respond to your response to my original review, I don't have any requirements in my current lease to sign up for your 3rd party Subway Internet so do not expect me to sign up for services that do not benefit me or I'm not required to pay for. Thank you for finally opening the pool, but residents are losing 4 hours a day with your new operating hours 12PM to 8PM. This is proof of another amenity we established residents have lost. Please replace the removed trash can in the common area so that people do not use the ice maker as a trash dispensary! First time ever in the 9 years I've lived here and the new property management failed to open the pool they're so proud to advertise to potential residents. They did not pay the application fees or apply for the City Certification for an inspe

Highly disappointed with this new management company. All services they’ve added are all for a cash grab. From mandatory internet that sucks (like we’re staying in a hotel or something) & has been out all day to little fees like pest control when not everyone has animals here. I lived here during Covid with a family member for a year & now on my own going on 3 years currently. The difference is drastic. I could say I hate living here now & will not be renewing. As said before like the above, you can barely get in touch with anyone in the office which is so inconvenient. Yall say added services are intended to improve our quality of living here but they don’t. People are complaining about the same things & yall aren’t doing anything to change it.
