Slate Nexton

Majority of the front desk workers are disrespectful or come off with an attitude when they speak. Also Slate Nexton doesn't upkeep their property well and the dog park is disgusting. You can smell weed pretty often, and apparently car break-ins are frequent in the area. You can also hear basically everything thats outside of your apartment and every bit of noise from your neighbors above you. There is no way they can label themselves as a luxury apartment complex.

I love living at Slate Nexton! The apartments are gorgeous inside – super modern and spacious, and everything feels brand new. The property itself is always well-kept and just really beautiful. Maintenance is amazing too – every time I’ve put in a request, they’ve been so fast to respond and super helpful. Overall, it’s such a great place to live and I’m really glad I chose to call it home!

ASHLEY was an exceptional tour guide! We are in from NJ helping our son relocate. Ashley gave us so much information and answered the many questions we asked. She was so friendly and really took an interest in our needs. If our son does rent an apt in Slate, it will be 100% because of Ashley's informational tour! Thank you!

If you like hearing the intricate sounds of your neighbor taking a dump in their bathroom, then you need to live here. The walls are thinner than an Oreo thin and you can hear everything. It’s delightful. It is very pretty though and the apartments are very nice inside but it’s at the cost of hearing everything.

4 floor apartment buildings here. Moved in mid July, have not had a working elevator since June when I toured. Every time you ask the office its always the same dismissive response "part is on order nothing we can do" That same response for 7 months. If you move here try a first floor.
