From the poor professionalism of The management office, employees, to the lowest quality of work put in to make these apartments, this is the worst place I have ever lived in. The shelter I came from was 20 times better than this place. When it rains, the whole basement floods, you can hear the rain literally pooring in the elevator (hazardous) almost 3,000 for the smallest one bedroom you can imagine. And just poor quality and customer service by the office in general. Rude and very careless of any of your concerns. Hang up calls, to very little information. UNLESS it has to do with paying them. That they are on to the T. Don't even waste your time viewing any apartment from thia management office. Save yourself a whole trip if you can.

Called to inquire why we haven't had hot water for 3 days. The receptionist who answered my call was very rude and told me that she can't tell me when Con Edison will be at my building and that I am calling the wrong person and hung up. This is after I was put on hold. So I spoke to the landlord in my building and he himself has no clue when it will be repaired. My last cue is to call Con Ed myself only for them to tell me that the management of the building or the developers has to speak to them to resolve this issue. For almost $4000.00 a month, 2 bedroom apartment I expect better.

Management is very nice and a delight to talk to. Building is always clean. The super and facity are soo very nice and helpful. The only thing is I want a one bedroom for the longest and can't find a way to get it, they say that they don't give out applications and to go on housing connect but I don't even see them on it!! I've been 3yrs trying! SMDH 😤

If google wouldn't been so soft, I would rate this company 0 stars. Advise, Don't bring your family here. Nothing but laziness, unprofessional, UNORGANIZED, security sleeping on the job, and people have too many loud toddlers stomping up and down the apartment, day and night. If your family is quiet, don't bring them here. I've had high blood pressure and been late for school TWICE because of this company allowing loud families to make all the types of noise at night. Plus, on the ceiling, the sprinkler caps came down because of family's noisy children.
