Silversaw Wesley Chapel

We visited Silversaw Apartment and Michelle Amerman gave us a tour, and I must say we had a great experience. This review has been posted purely because of the experience we had with Michelle. Although the property is great with a lot of great amenities, a club house, and the apartments themselves are very nice, it is the experience we had with Michelle that made us write this review. We reached there around 3:30 PM, and even though she had not even had her lunch yet, she was very patient and calm with us. What I really liked was that she asked us very specific questions to understand our requirements. Even though there were many apartments available, she helped us zero in on the right one that suited our needs perfectly. This is something I have never experienced so far in my search. She

After living here for 3 months, I can say this is one of the best communities I've lived in. The amenties are terrific and the staff are amazing and so accommodating. Michelle has made this place feel like home since day one, when she gave us a tour last minute. Even though it was close to closing, she took all the time we needed and answered every question we had. 3 months later, Michelle knows us by name and is always ready to assist whenever needed, going above and beyond what is typically expected of a manager. You can tell this community is as awesome as it is because of the staff that create this kind of atmosphere. I recommend our community to everyone I encounter looking for a place.

Great experience! My husband and I have been touring a lot of apartments but this one was the BEST. Not just the apartment but the way Bailee walked us through everything was of utmost quality. She explained everything well and had such a fun demeanor. This has been rare in our hunt and we appreciate Bailee for going above and beyond.

Michelle was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We toured a one-bedroom and immediately fell in love with it and Michelle made the whole experience even better. Every question I threw at her (and there were a lot 😅) she answered with confidence, patience, and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents here. Honestly, she deserves to be promoted to manager she’s that good. We ended up signing the same day because of how great the experience was, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. If you’re looking for a place, ask for Michelle… you won’t regret it!
