Regina Davidson is the head manager over this property. I looked at how she's letting leaking garbage bags sit out in the breezeways 5 nights a week without bins from around 7pm till early the next morning. I expressed how this was not pleasant looking and will attract bugs and raccoons. She didn't want to hear about it. Instead of having her complex taken care of with pride and dignity, she'd rather fill her pockets deep with cash from the current DoorStep trash valet company and eat and drink like a Queen.

I have lived here since 2017 and love it, having lived in 3 different condo addresses here since relocating to FL, the people here represent the world and are very nice 😊. The amenities are great- pool, tennis court, jacuzzi, workout room, beautiful grounds, trash pick up 5 nights a week, some garages, great Staff & Board of Directors, common sense rules to follow, great location to call home & close to schools, churches, Banks, Grocery Stores, Hospital & Medical Offices, & Professional Offices, & much more.

I purchased a condo here a little under a year ago & so far for what it is it's really nice. They're always working to improve the buildings, the grounds are kept nice, they're pet friendly, & it's in a nice location. The lady at the main office is really nice too. So far after living here for almost a year, I have no complaints.

I used to live in these apartments almost ten years ago, when I stayed there was bump and cracks on the road, mediocre landscaping, broken tennis courts etc. I must say ever since Sonia took over this place has been a Gem. She is on top of everything, extremely responsive, and as being a local really looking out for the well being of the community. Great Job Sonia. Keep it up Calusa Trace.

This place has RATS! But I'll start with bugs. I have had an exterminator out TWICE in the three months that I have lived there. I've had roaches, beetles, even little worm things. Plenty of bugs, every single day. While the bugs are bad, it doesn't even come close to the RAT problem. Yes, RATS. I was able to kill this beauty (see photo) last week. The maintenance guy tried to convince me that it was a really large mouse. I called BS. I notified maintenance of where the RAT entered and was completely ignored. Thank you so much, maintenance guy. If you are interested in living in a "luxury condominium" that has RATS, sign a lease here! You won't regret it!
