Silver Creek Apartments

I moved in a few weeks ago, since the beginning, Jillian and Bryan have been beyond incredible. Showing me multiple apartments, being patient while I got my application correct (I had a few hiccups) and laying everything out, clear as day. No surprises. I've even had to have a talking to (I'm in an upper level with kids who need constant reminders that we have downstairs neighbors :)) and Jillian was so sweet and kind while doing so. I honestly am thrilled that this is my new home. Also, there are dog waste stations, maintenance keeps the grounds very clean and the gate works all the time. Only possible issue for potential future residents- we're by the fire station so sirens at night happen, if there are sensory issues, this is important to keep in mind but I run a fan or sound machine an

For only living here for 4 months, it is an amazing place i have lived (apartment wise). The staff are always so willing to help/do anything you ask. The grounds are always kept nice & tidy. The staff always keep tenants accountable for the policies of the complex. The management staff are also ones to not hover over your shoulders or invade your unit like it seems every other apartment complex does which is great!

The worst company EVER! Amenities are always closed! They illegally enter your home over and over again. End of lease they acted like I was getting evicted. Kept plastering my door with letter and Kept coming in my home AS Things went missing!! They tried imtimidating me with charges I didnt owe them yet! Jilian and there secretary are sorry excuses for management. The guys partner runs around drunk and Jilian is rude and petty. Save your time, and Money! Avoid DCMI properties as a whole

I lived at Silvercreek for a year and a half, and this complex has been the best I’ve lived at thus far. Jillian (manager) is very nice and does her best to provide quick answers to any questions you have. Maintenance answered work orders quickly and sufficiently, the apartments themselves are really nice in quality and you don’t hear your neighbors on a daily basis. I only ever had one issue with a break in on my vehicle, but other than that the area is relatively calm and peaceful. The views are also great! Road noise is loud, as you are on a highway.

Worst living experience alot due to the office members being uncommunicative and avoiding basic office work duties when needed( never in and cant answer the phone) and the upper stuff was no better ( shirl was beyond unprofessional and works for DMCI) .. but beyond that also we also dealt with our washer breaking the first week , guest bathroom shower didnt work , shower head was DIRTY and we had to replaace on our own, cabinets falling off the hinges, cars sitting for months taking up spots in the front , a huge racoom that walked thru at night , dog pooop by the stairs and grass u walk in , overflow garbage plus the fire trucks all hours of the night.. they’ll probably comment under this trying to gaslight but i have photos off all instances listed up above .. just want to warn the ne
