Sherwood Village Apartments

I currently live here and management is nonexistent. They claim that our parking lot will be plowed and salted but that never happens. Our parking lot is a sheet of black ice and we have elderly people in our building. Also the management never follows up on complaints about kids that destroy the building we live in. Kids from other buildings kicked in the security door glass back in NOVEMBER but it still has not been replaced. Also there is a serious roach problem in several buildings with reports from all tenants. Tenants reports they are coming out of the walls thru power sockets and from behind kitchen cabinets out of dishwashers and from behind stoves.

Had an appointment today at 1:00pm nobody was there I called left a message and emailed them nothing. It’s like they forgot about the appointment even though the system they use had me confirm appointment. The reviews say management is never around believe them. If they can’t show up for in person tour they wouldn’t show up for nothing else. Please review the reviews we will not being moving here . No apologies no excuses nothing

Please call the health department on this place. No response to maintenance issues, placing tenants in danger, no plowing or salting. Poor management, nasty place to live period. New management is a must to bring this place up to the housing standard. Rent is being collected from tenants but no service of maintenance what so ever. Tenants need to place rent in an escrow account until owners address the issues in this place. Thank you

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Maintenance never fixes anything my heater has been out for 2-3 months while it was hitting -4 degrees outside I called, emailed, put in a request and nobody ever came to fix it. Nobody ever answers the phone and they are rarely in office. Buildings are old outdated, dirty and have roaches DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID

Do not move here. My central air has been out for a year. They keep saying a HVAC contractor needs to replace a part. They refuse to get the repairs fixed. It doesn't take a year for a part to be ordered or shipped. They will not say what part needs to replaced and won't say when it will arrive. I called the office to speak to Alesia the manager about the matter. She raised her voice, spoke over me and hung up the phone when I asked her what date the part is due to arrive. The office will not put me in touch with the owner when asked and refuses to do anything but continue to string me along when thermostat in my unit averages 90 degrees. They brought in a portable A/C unit that I can't use because when I plug it in the power cuts off in my unit due to power surge. I have other maintenanc
