Palmieri Builders- I would strongly recommend not using this contractor. I purchased a house built by Palmieri and would rate their quality of work as inferior and they do not back up their construction in a professional manner. The house is 11 years old and I purchased it 3 years ago from the couple that had it built. During the winters I will occasionally hear extremely loud pops that sound like a large book dropped from 20 feet. These are the result of nail pops where the drywall was nailed instead of screwed to the frame of the house and the frame shifts. They exist throughout the home and I have had to have them repaired over and over. If I walk around now I would be able to find evidence of at least 20-30 that have yet to be repaired.
