Sherwood Square

Lived there 3 years... mostly, it was really nice. I had several not so awesome neighbors that were loud, bugs (as others mentioned) or others that had a lot of questionable behavior (read... illegal daycares, not watching toddlers, drug use in the open) but management worked with me to deal with this. I had numerous little things over the years that I brought up needing maintenance (pot shots to the paint, broken drawers, missing shower handles) that never got fixed. Not a big deal because it was just me but... still annoying. My only true gripe is that they used my entire deposit for things i pointed (as well as cleaning) out (i.e. like the cockroaches that got painted into the walls, and charging me for new blinds when I lived with blinds that were mismatched, etc) and are charging me o

These apartments are not in good condition the parking for residents is terrible you dont have a private parking stall you have to park in your garage because there's so many people in one apartment that they have more cars so they park in everyone's stall making them park across the street or down the road and walk home to their apartment and a rat problem scares me for the children that reside there I've seen rot around some tub floors loose sink pipes ect. They definitely need to be under construction for a healthy lifestyle

So far it's a good community. That was before we knew there were bed bugs and roaches that never went away after spraying . I rate a zero and besides all that it was a nice place but the bugs werent.

Good place just wish I lived on the other side.
