We were recommended Mira Torres by our lender. We viewed a few homes and decided to put in an offer on one we really liked. Our offer was to be placed the following day. As a first time buyer we were not aware of having to sign a written offer nor were we asked to by Mira. The home we would have loved to purchase is now in contract with another buyer because our realtor failed to submit our offer out of her own discretion that my spouse and my self could not afford to purchase the property. At the time we asked for our offer to be placed, the home had been listed for 4 months without any prior offers. We feel had she done so when asked, our offer may have been considered. This experience with the realtor leaves us feeling discriminated. We were lied to and made to feel like we were wasting
