Sherwood Apartments

When moving into Sherwood Apartments the leasing office was amazing and accommodating. We came to see two apartments and fell in love and were moved in and signed the lease a week later. Everything about this place is homey and safe and we are very happy with our decision!

Set up an appointment to view an apartment during the week. I took off work to see it. I arrive at the time agreed upon and waited. And waited. And waited. The leasing office was locked and closed, so I waited some more. 30 minutes go by, and I call the number I was provided. It was the number to the main leasing agency that leases out multiple properties (I wasn't even given a phone number to directly contact the person I was supposed to meet with). I told the helpful lady at the leasing agency my situation, and she said she would get in contact with the person I was supposed to meet with and that i should get a call shortly. Another half hour goes by and I'm still waiting in the parking lot for this person. Finally, I see someone pull in - she has her lunch and goes to unlock the leasing

Hi to all, I’m a resident on 7 Sherwood ave, who’s managed by Eagle Rock and I MUST say Ana Santiago really, truly is one of the lights in this management. From start to finish she’s helped me with everything!!! If you have any concerns you must contact Ana to get you squared away. Her manager Charles is just as awesome as she is.
