He helped me identify the perfect townhouse-style apartment and was instrumental in helping me navigate the lease-signing process. He is communicative, reliable and easily accessible.

I love living at Cortlandt Living Apartments! My apartment is beautiful and any time I’ve needed help, the response has been so fast. My stove was fixed the very next day! The management team is super friendly and Brandi at the front desk is so sweet and has helped me a ton. I love my neighbors and I honestly hope to live here for many more years. Highly recommend!

My first year and most likely will be my last. Since I got here ac does not work. Heaters DO NOT work and they’re Electric so KNOW that your electricity bill will be high! ($300) the worst part is I’m paying for this electricity bill when the heaters DONT work. No matter who u call lucky if Maintence even answers, I even had an electrician come here and when he left the heaters turned right off. I get up middle of the night to turn them back on because they constantly turn off and it’s been snowing so it’s cold. I called them numerous time to the point I’m tired of having Maintence people here and nothing is being fixed if anything there making it worse. Number 2 the dish internet they MAKE u get does NOT WORk at least twice in a month I have to call them to fix it and right now there’s an

Would give 0 if possible. Windows leak , found black mold on window sills, broken window with bad seal that maintenance won’t fix ( cold air and elements can come through window). No internet for 6 days . Communication is terrible and property management is inept. All the one star reviews echoe my experience as a tenant here. It’s clear they have no intention of addressing the root cause of issues and I’d be surprised if this place would pass an inspection.
