Shelby Pointe Village Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and recently moved out as I bought a place! We loved our stay, the community is a nice place to walk around! The management (Tracey) is the best, she is always responsive and on top of everything. Super helpful on any emergencies. We had very few maintenance request over the last two years and the maintenance (Jose) is also super helpful and quick to fix everything. Our move out experience was also good and they were so transparent on all the deductions came out of my deposits. Loved that place and highly recommend if you love a quiet, clean and safe place to live!

Truly had the best experience living here!!! Tracey is one of the nicest and most attentive property managers I’ve ever come across. These apartments are in outstanding shape, spacious, luxurious and really felt like home. Luckily we didn’t need to put in too many maintenance requests, but when needed, they were taken care of immediately. If I didn’t need to relocate due to my job, I would’ve most definitely stayed here for many more years, if you have the opportunity to move here, go for it!! I recommend this complex to everyone as it is certainly the best one in the area!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! You have made it to Heaven lol… These apartments are Outrageously Beautiful 🏅😍😍😍. The space, the updated kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms make you feel right at home. The nice large size garage Man I promise you I AM NEVER leaving … if my job moves me to another state … I’m Quitting my job lol I will not be moving …this place you can stay forever and ever … and the Balcony is so soothing to just relax And have a glass wine on your laptop after a long day at work is what I absolutely fell in love the with. I thoroughly enjoyed my living at Shelby Pointe. The management when I moved in (Angie) and as I moved out (Tracey) were both very attentive, responsive, and polite. The area is relatively quiet, free from drama, and the property management company, Sal Mar, does a great job ensuring residents have a nice place to live. The guest parking can be tight, which is out of the control of Shelby Pointe, and the road noise from Van Dyke are the only two detractors, but not enough to warrant a less than 5 star review. I truly do recommend Shelby Pointe if you're looking for your next apartment. It's rare to find property management that genuinely cares, and I am confident in saying that Tracey and Sal Mar genuinely care.

Wonderful experience living here, Tracey the Property Manager and the Maintenance team (Jose) were always catering to the living experience of the community and ensuring I felt at home there. They are quick to resolve any issues and it was a pleasure to call home for the few years I lived there. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
