Sheffield Square Flats & Townhomes

Go somewhere else!!! Horrible place to live. These apartments are disgusting and if they're charging 1300 a month or more, they're overcharging by half. The doors don't align and are hard to open, the vents are painted over, there's unknown liquids dripping from behind the vent covers. I saw missing electrical face plates and loose cabinets when I was there, super safe for a resident, right? Dryer vents are full of who knows how many years of lint, which is a huge fire hazard and there is no fire suppression installed, just a fire extinguisher outside in the hall. I talked to the neighbors upstairs and they showed me where part of their floor seemed to be one solitary layer of flooring and even that was loose and their patio door didnt even shut all the way. We've had a couple of maintainance issues. They were attended to quickly. With the two dog runs and the dog wash, I can't complain. Over all a pretty great place to be!

Great place to call home. They have been updating and upgrading the property over the past year or so, and it shows. Staff has been very responsive, and maintenance takes care of stuff pretty quickly. Units are big. Overall, feels safe and homey.

I live at the complex. They don't like doing any work in your apartment. They raise the rent. You must know you pay your own electric, water and sewer. Rather it be your own electric bill through Duke and you also pay to the office. I would not recommend the apartment complex. They've had numerous of managers property manager. Shall I say since I've been here and it's only been a year I have to suffer through another year because if they stay month to month it's an extra $300 on top of the $1,300 I pay a month. There's a lot of extra fees on your lease when you sign it, so make sure you pay attention. Right now I'm living in an apartment that has mildew and I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone to fix it knowing my next move is guess

I love Sheffield square apartments, my boyfriend lived here when he was younger and he’s never felt closer to home. We were sadly in the fire in white court and it was about a week before our move in date in Sheffield square. They checked on us and really showed they cared. I love Katie and Maisie, they are so nice and friendly. They checked in to make sure that everything was going okay and made the move in process super easy. Highly recommend moving here!
