We have absolutely love living at Arbor Place!! They have been so wonderful to communicate with and are quick to answer any concerns. Lisa has been great to work with and the maintenance staff are always quick to come fix any issues that arise. The apartments themselves are beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything from the bathrooms to the living room to the bedrooms are updated and in great condition. We love the surrounding area as well - it’s very peaceful and quiet which we appreciate but still close to everything in New Albany. Nothing but praise for Arbor Place Apartments!

We love living at Arbor Place Apartments! We have been here for several years and it is so conveniently located to several grocery stores, department stores, etc., but you don’t feel like you live near the city. It is a very safe and quiet place to reside. Management and maintenance is always prompt and quick to respond to an issue we have ever had.

I’ve lived at Arbor Place for 10 years, and I still love calling it home. The community is peaceful, the area is beautiful, and the apartments are well built and maintained. Lisa, the property manager, is always so nice and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had an issue—which is rare—she makes sure it’s handled quickly and efficiently. Shaun and Shane do a great job keeping everything in top shape around the property, and they’re both friendly and courteous. Arbor Place is a quiet, welcoming place to live, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!

I love living at Arbor Place! I have the BEST neighbors! I really like the brick exterior of the apartments. We have a very nice walking trail. Neighbors are always walking in the complex. It is convenient to use their app to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. Lisa in the office is always prompt in responding and so helpful. Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly. The most important thing, I feel safe here. You can’t beat this location, close to everything yet private and tucked away. It’s so nice living surrounded by trees. I love seeing the deer! Our grounds are always maintained. I always recommend Arbor Place Apartments.

We really enjoy living here! Great area tucked up against Floyd's Knobs and fantastic neighbors . Great area for walking. Peaceful and quiet. We enjoy seeing all the wildlife .Very well maintained. Great management. Love having the private wooded walking path ( hopefully the downed trees from the last wind storm are cleaned up soon so we can walk it again ).
