I have enjoyed my stay at Sharondale. The apartment was clean, freshly painted and new carpet. Large closets, appliances included. It was built in the 80’s but continues to be well preserved. No plowing, or snow shoveling in the winter.
Pros- Cheapest one-bedroom in town! ($550) Perfect size Usually pretty quiet Nice neighbors Close to campus Helpful maintenance person/landlord Plentiful pantry and cabinet space in kitchen Decent sized bedroom and living room Great bathroom layout Washer/dryer hookups & on site laundry room Lots of parking Cons- Did a TON of work to get rid of the stale smoke smell Not the fanciest neighborhood Only one ceiling fan (in kitchen) Not much lighting
