Couldn’t recommend Shannon and her team more for the purchase and sale of a home! She did a great job of navigating my need to be contingent on the sale of my condo while looking to purchase my first home. Her communication was always top notch through the entire process, and the responsiveness from Shannon and all of her team whenever I had a question was next to none. Shannon ask had an excellent knowledge of the market and was able to price my condo aggressively enough to get multiple offers and accept above asking within a week.
