We worked with Diane Mayo on the purchase of our (first) home last year. Diane was such a great resource for us - we learned so much about the home buying process through her as well as the resources/tools she provides to clients, and she had great people in her network that were very helpful in supporting us in closing the deal (lenders, lawyers, etc). She was also able to help us negotiate down significantly to our original offer after our inspection. Diane was always just a text or email away. I'm pretty sure I could have called her at 2am and she would have answered my questions (don't worry - I didn't do that to her). She is VERY responsive and quick to get you answers on properties you may be interested in. She also will be the first to tell you if a house you're looking at may not
