we have been here for about 7 months and it has been great so far, maintenance is very quick to respond to any requests you put in, we’ve only had two very small non urgent issues and they came the same day, once less than an hour after i put the request in. they were very prompt with ice and snow removal and even plowed the parking spots out! would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live!

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback about our experience as previous residents of Shadow Ridge Apartments. First and foremost, we appreciated the overall environment of the community. The location is both beautiful and safe, making it an appealing choice for potential residents. However, there are significant areas of concern regarding management that I believe warrant your attention. One major issue is the lack of effective communication from the management team. On numerous occasions, we found that the employees did not engage adequately with the residents, which can lead to misunderstandings and dissatisfaction. Deciding to move here was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. The apartment I lived in was horrible. Infested with mice and roaches. The hallway always smelled so horrible that it made me nauseous every time I would walk in and out of my apartment. My downstairs neighbors always smoked drugs so my apartment always smelled like it. They are always putting notes on everyone’s doors about every little thing. My truck got broken into, they stole all of my tools. They couldn’t do anything about it because they don’t have security cameras. Luxury? Yeah right! I could not stand it anymore so I had to pay $2k to break my lease and find somewhere else. I will change my rating and review in detail after my moving out from 10419 apartment. The owner responded to my review. I went to leasing office several visits and made many calls, they keep saying IT department going to fix my moving out cost. Almost one month, Did not get proper answer yet. They keep sending me email to pay final moved out settlement. But they are not giving any final charges in writing. I don't know what the final charges is. Even though I left the apartment super cleaned, they are charging me $199 for use of normal wear and tear of cook top. I am not agreeing with this kind of one way or other way of charges. When I asked rental office for final bill, their answer is it's handled by billing department. When I called 3rd party billing department, they ARE saying detail

​I just called the office because we saw a mouse on the balcony. Eric, who I believe is the manager, said they can't help because "they can't stop nature" and the balcony "is not part of the building." What??? How is a balcony on the 3rd floor not part of the building? They didn't even seem surprised to hear about a mouse so I guess it's normal here to see one. Guess who is not renewing the lease? Oh and let me know if you know of a good way to trap a mouse
