Shadow Mountain Apartments

if you’re military, don’t move here. they give you a hard time with military orders. when we first moved in, they attempted to cash our check TWICE. when we went to the front the short woman with glasses looked irritated we brought it up. that was not resolved but taking a trip to the bank put us at piece of mind. other than that, kids jumping on your car or homeless people getting it on behind the complex dumpster. also the horrible maintenance to the trees in the parking lot scratching the paint off your car. somehow someone is actively letting their dog crap on the sidewalk and not cleaning it up. one pitbull gets loose every night and the owner goes screaming at like 2 am. awful place to be and horrible staff besides the one taller lady with dark hair, she was very nice and profession

Victoria is the sweetest and made the application/move in process for my mom so easy. Victoria took care of us every single time we saw her. Today was our move in day and she even gave us some goodies that reminded her of us based on the last time we saw her a few weeks ago (like WOW, I have never seen a community manager do that!). It is already such a big improvement from the other apartment/property management company my mom is leaving. I am so happy to have found a new apartment for my mom to live in, that also offers me peace of mind that she is taken care of by a community manager who cares about her residents. Thank you again!

The one good thing is the views that is where it ends. The place looks like its falling apart and has a roach issues. Kids run around and have seen them breaking into cars. At night when the office is closed is even worse. All the issues isnt worth the views.

The property itself isnt anything special paint crumbling and buildings that arent taken care of add in kids running around acting like they own the place and trying to get into open cars just run plenty of other places in the area to rent from

I visit often. I have to drive over 10 speed bumps, drive around blind curves, and there are potholes deep enough that some residents have resorted to filling them themselves with rocks..
