I lived here for 7 years. I recently had a car go through my apartment. I had to wait a month for them to move me to another apartment. On top of that I had to pay for another application fee. Sign another lease. All together has been close to $3,000. Make it worst. Janice has not been helpful. Rude and no compassion. Told me as long as I had the key to the apartment I had to pay rent on them days so I had to call out of work and carry all my stuff to the new apartment. So I don't get charged more money. Still owe money 194 dollars. This whole experience has been trash and I will tell everyone.. I'm sure I will get a call or another letter I still owe more money. ....I didn't even drvie the car into the apartment. I still live here because I have no where eles to go and I didn't

Although now I am finally moved into my apartment, the entire process of getting this apartment unit had been excessively prolonged and by far unprofessional. From the moment I got approved my move in date got moved/pushed back about a total of 7 times. And all of those time I was told I would get updates via calls and/or emails from the office; but evidently no one called or updated me about my apartment since applying. Each and every time for any kind of information, I had to constantly reach out to be updated about my move in process, after I had noticed time had gone by again and I was still not moved in. Even after expressing to both the leasing agent and leasing manager my situation, that I was homeless at the time, it didn’t expedite the communication between us or my move in proces

I recently moved in to a brand new refurbished apartment and it’s wonderful! Kevin is a very attentive property manager and the maintenance staff is there for whatever questions or concerns you may have. I don’t think I’ll be moving anywhere else for a long time!

Incredulous and outraged after seeing our flag shredded (see the photos below) while passing by, I pulled into this apartment complex, knocked on the manager's door but no one came to the door. I then asked a resident if he spoke English. He replied something in Spanish and turned away. I asked another if he spoke English, and he replied "No." If you look carefully at the second photo, you will see that one of the shredded stripes actually had been re-tied to the flag pole, so displaying our flag shredded like this was intended.
