This apartment complex is plagued by poor management, with a completely unresponsive property manager who consistently ignores maintenance requests, fails to address tenant concerns promptly, and provides no clear communication regarding important building updates. Our repeated attempts to reach them regarding issues like leaky faucets, broken appliances, and even pest infestations have been met with delays and excuses. And especially u Gary u need to learn how to talk to others considered the fact that u a manager

If I could give negative zero stars I would in a heart beat, I've lived here little over a year property is poorly maintained, management does not care to do there job properly. They never answer the phones, office is always closed during business hours, work orders sit without response or resolution for weeks till you go to the office to address them. Constantly leaving you to walk the property looking for maintenance personnel or the property manager, to get anything done I am forced to leave work during my shift to hunt them down since they refuse to answer the phone or clean out the voicemail. They have zero desire to actually do there job at this property save yourself don't move here. The Change of management in 2021 didn't help one bit they came changing locks without prior notice I

Make no mistake, this is one of the many apartments who have decided to capitalize of the rental demand by falsely advertising units with absolutely NO intention of approving the applications they receive regardless of the candidates' eligibility. At $80 per person and receiving roughly 20 applications per day, do the math. $2000 per month for a 2 bedroom is already ridiculously overpriced but $1600 per day in application fees is far more lucrative. As I've mentioned before they're are not the only ones doing this, however it is no less a diabolic atrocity. Pair that with their terrible track record well recorded here in their reviews section, I can only make one logical recommendation... STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT MOVE IN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRESSED ALL DAY!! This place is ridiculous. The apartment was not even ready for move in. Had no hot water for 4 days, walls still has holes with tape on them and management is the worse they will harass you until you move out. Thank you to corporate for helping me break my lease that was the only easy part. Also management is rude and demanding you will not feel at home here. STAY AWAY. If anyone needs evidence I have pictures and videos.

STAY AWAY! All the units have a pest issue (roaches and termites), water issues, and management is HORRIBLE. Maintenance enters your home without prior notice, if they come at all and they’re usually sketchy. Although the units are spacious, the price is ridiculously high for what it’s like to actually live here. Spend your money else where.
