Pure slumlords. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible. They are cheap and often cut corners with repairs which often have to be repaired again... cheaply. As a renter, I am thorougly dissatisfied, but if I were the owner of a property they manage, I would take legal action after what I've seen. Do not rent from them unless you're only alternative is living in your vehicle, and do not have them manage your property unless you want it to be devalued.
