Within two weeks of moving in, we’ve spent about $3000 on repairs to things Greenleaf said they inspected, but obviously did not. Now, we find out there are rats in the attic and they have been there for quite some time. Greenleaf also did a re-inspection. How did this company go out to my house twice and still not catch some of these things? I would greatly suggest getting another inspection company so you don’t end up in the same situation as me. Edited: Someone with no experience inspecting homes was able to see the rodent feces in the attic from the entrance, not even by climbing in. These pictures are disgusting. This was part of the response from the owner: "Again, rat feces/tunnelling is not something a home inspector is licensed to speak on as we are not pest control profession

I would give TEN Stars ⭐️! Matt Parlefsky returned my text on Sunday, and was at the home Tuesday morning , with a Termite Inspector . He conducted a very thorough inspection , roof to plumbing , interior and exterior. Matt was able easily communicating with the Buyers encouraging them to ask questions, and address any concerns. . The Buyers said they wish they had Matt to inspect their home they bought 10 years ago.
