Serengeti Springs

PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE! My family of five lived here for just over two years, and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, stay as far away as possible. The entire complex is filthy. The property constantly smells like dog feces. Although it's advertised as a dog-friendly community with a $50 fine for not picking up after pets, that policy is clearly not enforced—there is dog poop everywhere. Trash pickup happens only once a week, which is completely inadequate for the number of residents. Overflowing bins, trash bags scattered on the ground, and people leaving garbage outside the dumpsters are all part of daily life here. I have pictures that show just how bad it got. We've been here for about 5 months now and honestly no complaints. The staff is Quick, Friendly and Understanding. If theres something that needs maintenance, its done the next day! Its such a nice area too this place truly feels like home

We moved here last year and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. Love the sense of community and how much the neighbors look out for each other, are friendly, and respectful. The staff has always been friendly. The grounds are very well kept. And it’s just overall a nice place to be ❤️ I really like that there are playgrounds in multiple areas of the complex- targeted for different age groups.

!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! As a resident of almost five years I will confidently say these apartments are the worst. And for such a beautiful area the management here is beyond terrible. With Nefi the landlord having the audacity to raise rent multiple times and making no changes to these units whatsoever. There is no explanation needed as for why my neighbors say the same. If you are looking for a “temporary” place DO NOT CONSIDER SERENGETI SPRINGS. For the same price go a mile down the road to the 56 tower. Everything is much better there.

The office staff are super awesome and friendly. Very fun place to live at!! They also have a super fun Nintendo tournament they do every year super fun!!
