I had a wonderful experience working with Serene Village, and especially with Sunny. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and truly committed to helping me through every step of the process. She communicated clearly, followed up consistently, and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Sunny’s kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and I genuinely felt cared for throughout the entire experience. I’m very grateful for all her help and guidance. Moved in March 2025. Dishwasher barely worked and stove only had 1-2 burners on a good day. New property manager Lindsey has made sure I’m all set with new appliances and everything works. Wish it had been done sooner but happy it’s done now.

My mom Cathy has lived here for several years and hasn't had any major issues. I read some other reviews where people complained of rats? Like what? 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ They must be living in filth and squalor to have rats or mice because my mom keeps her unit clean and never had such issues. Maintenance seems to be helpful when she's needed it as well. I'm thankful she found this place.

We requested maintenance for closet rack which was challenging and finally Tommy from other complex were able to help and installed professionally. The new management team, Sunny and Lindsey, has made a huge difference, very responsive and professional.

I am beyond pleased with the improvements that have been made at Serene Village. Sunny with Serene is without a doubt the best property manager I have worked with! She came into this property when it was at its lowest. She completely turned this property around in a year, and that deserves kudos. From evicting problematic tenants, cleaning up the trash problem, getting work orders handled properly and maintaining a very professional demeanor while doing so. This woman has been able to come in and turn a dark sad property into a newly thriving community. A safe environment for our families to live in. Thank you to the Serene Village team as a whole!
