Second and Second

I stayed at Second and Second apartments twice in May and both visits were excellent! I had a Sonder apartment and it was stunning! I absolutely love the finishes in these apartments and the bathrooms will give you spa vibes! The details like the faucets and large soaker tub are A+ in my book. I love the neighborhood- there are so many hip places to check out and so many people walking around. The building has coffee in the lobby and it even makes mochas and lattes! All in all if I was moving downtown or Northloop this is a great place to check out. If you’re even just thinking about moving to the area- check this place out. The rooftop is also HUGE and great for hanging out with friends! The attached garage is a little expensive, but it was the cleanest garage I’ve ever parked inside in

Terrible management, very dishonest, new management nickle and dimes residents, and overall, lacks basic communication skills.

Second and Second is a great North Loop building! I love that it is off of the busyness and noise on Washington, but still really close to everything. The apartments are very well built and I never heard noise through the walls between apartments. The management is super nice and responsive and the building is kept EXTREMELY clean. It is a pricier spot but worth it!

Rachel, Whitney, and Jeff have been a pleasure to work with. The building is modern with nice finishes. Spacious layouts and noteworthy amenities. Best rooftop in the North Loop. It is situated in a desirable location in the neighborhood. Easy access to top restaurants and shops.

Update 3/05/2021 - After several incidents regarding safety, poor communication and accountability from management, we decided to buy out our lease and move elsewhere in the Northloop. After 5+ days of me communicating my safety concerns and escalating to higher management, little resolution was made to keep our building and residents safe. Management says they are here to help (see their comments below), when in reality a majority of residents are unhappy with accommodations, safety, communication and value. Rachel is not pleasant to work with after you sign your lease. If you have a pet, your "pet friendly" areas lead into a dark alley full of garbage cans and no lighting. There was displaced personnel in the entry way for a week straight in the early mornings and there was no communica
