I called and reminded them to come and take out the mold inside of the toilet of my friends apartment to the point where she had to have me advocate for her because they are just not respecting her when I called. I spoke to a young lady named Elizabeth Lopez, who is very unprofessional and feels entitled to talk to anyone, however she fails and hang up the call on anyone. She feels like she won’t direct you to her manager and she will lie to you just to have you stop calling. She told me that they will come on Friday. They never came. She also told me that they will come the day before that Friday they didn’t come and today and afternoon she told me that they were gonna come at 12 PM. It is now 2:32 PM and no one still came to see the toilet mind you the Super already came and expected and

This management office is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. It is Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and my aunt is still fighting for a stove since last week. She is 72 years old and has her section 8. It is so sad how they treat the elderly and the community with programs. We are reaching out to her Section 8 work to have her relocated this is inhumane.
