This is a public health hazard. When it rains or snows the apartment gets soiled. There is mold, which can cause respiratory complications and other health conditions. in this apartment there are two school aged children living here breathing this in everyday. There has been numerous of complaints made with the management company. And no resolution in site. They have patched this whole up in the past only for the problem to return. Someone needs to come in and properly fix, not patch) but fix this problem. Our fear is that one day the ceiling willl collapse and the tenants will get physically hurt which can lead to a massive law suit. Another lawsuit will be if there are any respiratory, cardiac or health issues that arise from this not being fixed. Complaints have dated back to 2017. T

If you need small issues taken care of in your apt. they are ok. Anything major forget it.
