Seastone Apartments

Seastone is a great complex to live in, and they have made some amazing improvements. The new owners came in a couple years ago and turned the place around. It is becoming pretty upscale now and getting better all the time. We have a terrific group of residents that care about our community and that take pride in their homes. Although the rent is higher now, it’s worth the extra to be in such a nice complex. The people in the office and the maintenance people are very responsive and they fix anything that breaks right away, usually that day or the following day. The pool is always very clean, and it’s kept free of leaves and debris. The stairwells look clean, well maintained, and are well-lit. I used to live in an apartment complex that had poor lighting and it didn't make me feel very safe at night. I complained about it to management, but nothing was ever done. Seastone Apartments has really bright and beautiful nigh time lighting. Not only do they have bright and welcoming lighting in the stairwells, but they also have well illuminated walk ways and parking areas as well. It sure makes it nice to come home to such a well lit home. Check out the attached pictures.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THERE’S NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THEM AT ALL!! THEY TACK ON ALL THESE BS FEES TO YOUR RENT. SO THE RENT THATS ADVERTISED IS N O T WHAT YOU PAY. YOU END UP PAYING WAY MORE HONESTLY LIKE $2-300 MORE. P L E A S E TELL ME HOW THEY “SPLIT” WATER BETWEEN A 16 UNIT BUILDING & YET EVERYBODY’S “WATER BILL” IS LIKE $200.THAT’S $3200 PER BUILDING IN WATER CHARGES. THEY REALLY THINK PEOPLE ARE DUMB. THEY CHARGE $10 FOR TRASH, THEY DONT HAVE VALET TRASH. & THEY HAVE ONE TRASH BIN ON ONE SIDE OF THE APARTMENT. IMAGINE PAYING FOR YOUR TRASH AND NOT HAVING TRASH SERVICE. MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN RUDE. MAINTENANCE HOURS ARE WEIRD & THEY REALLY COME UP IN YOUR APARTMENT WHEN THEY WANT TO. “ANNUAL INSPECTIONS” JUST SO THEY CAN BE ALL UP IN YOUR SPACE & NOSEY. THERES SOOOOO MUCH TO BE SAID BUT ESSENT

Love Seastone apartments! They have a beautiful modern look to them and are very clean looking. They have very beautiful landscaping and the staff are great.

I had a wonderful stay at Seastone! The building is well-maintained and located in a great area — close to everything you need, from shops to restaurants and main roads. I highly recommend the property. Kristin, in particular, has been amazing — she’s very easy to work with, always ready to listen, and responds promptly and professionally. The maintenance team is also top-notch — super attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The only thing I felt was missing is a dedicated playground area for kids. For families, I’d say River Rock — which is also managed by Kristin — might be a more suitable option. But overall, both communities are great choices, especially with Kristin overseeing things. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and their experience.
