My very first experience with Sea Turtle Properties has been OUTSTANDING! Jackie was our go to for all of our needs from beginning to end of our journey! She is attentive, compassionate, and always available! We have had nothing but an amazing experience! Sandy was also amazing in all of her efforts assisting us in finding the right home that fit our needs! I cannot rave about this company enough. I refer anyone and everyone in the area to engage with them. It’s hard to come across people who genuinely try to help. Look no further!!!! Sea Turtle Properties has effectively found tenants for us multiple times. On top of that, they are good people who talk to us respectfully and are interested in keeping our business by making our rental properties successful/profitable. They know how to handle things in such a way that you can just tell them basically what you need done and they'll get it done - and when you go to check their work it will look as if you did it yourself.

I have been dealing with Sea Turtle Properties for a little over 2 years for business. Sea Turtle and its owners are honest and caring property management group. The owner Sandy has dedicated her time and money to give back to the community. Sandy and Rick are knowledgeable, involved and communicate very well. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We listed our home with Sandy last year. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area and helped make some great suggestions for staging that really helped make our house shine. Sandy also helped us find our new home. We started out with certain criteria which evolved as we looked at homes on the market. We made an offer on a HUD home and Sandy walked us through all the red tape that goes along with that kind of home. Ultimately we decided that wasn't what we wanted, and made an offer on the home we did buy. We are a little different than some in that we aren't afraid of a little remodeling and Sandy found us several great homes that had a lot of potential. The home we did buy was a great deal.
