Great apartment complex The place is well-maintained , and the staff is always helpful. Big shoutout to Darya at the front desk. she’s super friendly, patient, and always goes above and beyond when putting in maintenance’s requests or addressing issues on property!

I lived here for 6 months and these are my experience and what I observed when I was there: This is “Luxury Living”: *Going down the stairs and seeing dog poop every day in the bushes or the sidewalk Walking down the side walk and see trash and food scattered around *Seeing household items in the recycling area like giant TVs, bookcases, etc (it is part of apartment living but still unsightly) *Hearing your upstairs neighbors music, with lyrics, and hearing them walk, like ‘big foot’ ever single night/morning to where your morning ritual is calling them ‘big foot’ *Walking into the elevator area and smelling the trash before you see it over flowing *Only seeing 2 spots where there are dog disposal stations and then wonder why there is dog poop all over the grounds *Hearing the doors slam

My brother and I cant wait to move out of here. It's dirty and you have to watch your step for dog poop. The two managers are not helpful at all, they always have attitude and don't resolve any issues + also unreachable. I don't even feel safe here with some of the types of people who are allowed to live here. They'll move anybody in apparently.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Awful management, I told them that I needed my dryer fixed and they said to wait my turn even though it’s been two months and yet I still have 80 people in front of me? Planning on moving out as soon as my lease ends! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Also this place is always very dirty and unsafe

Just moved here less than a week ago… very smooth move in process, office employees are very nice and go above and beyond!!! Literally one of the best experiences I’ve had when I comes to moving ! They are prompt with maintenance work orders and communication is always timely and informative… neighbors are respectful and friendly ❤️❤️feeling truly blessed to have found this community and I’m looking forward to the future here.
