Absolutely the worst place we've ever lived. If I could give zero stars — or even negative stars — I would without hesitation. Living here was a nightmare. From the moment we moved in, we were constantly under stress. The hallways reek of something foul, they’re always dirty, and no one seems to care. Kids are screaming and running around until midnight, every single day — and management just turns a blind eye like it’s normal. We lived on the first floor and had not one, but TWO major flooding disasters. The first time, something went wrong in the mechanical room next door, and water poured into our living room in the middle of winter. I waited FOUR DAYS for them to come fix it. And when they finally did show up, all they did was plug in a fan. A fan! Meanwhile, they had to keep the win

I paid a security deposit of $1,671, but received less than half of that amount back. No clear explanation or itemized statement was provided regarding the deductions. At the time of move-out, nothing was damaged, and the apartment was clean and properly cleaned. Despite this, a significant portion of my deposit was withheld without proper justification. I had to personally request clarification, which is disappointing and unprofessional. Security deposit refunds should be transparent, detailed, and in accordance with the lease agreement and state law.

IV is a good place and nice ambience. Very polite staff especially Tom and the maintenance team address the issue then and there. The only downside is theft of your packages and no CCTV in your buildings. If this is addressed, IV will be a safe haven.

The maintenance here is extremely poor. Despite reaching out multiple times regarding a water leak, the request was closed without anyone actually addressing the issue. The plumbing and HVAC systems are outdated, and reliable service is practically nonexistent. Management seems focused solely on collecting rent, with no concern for providing proper upkeep or support

I recently toured the apartments and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the quality of the facilities. From the moment I walked in, Paloma made me feel welcome and was incredibly helpful in answering all my initial questions.
