Savannah Manor Apartments

I lived there over 10 years and new owners now and if you don't have a lease they raise your rent several times, I've never complained about how disgusting the units are I fix everything with my own money appliances are old they aren't worth more then $900 a month but charge $1750!!! Look else where trust me, black mold loud rude tenants break ins several nights broken car windows new owners do nothing.

I lived there for yrs, the owner is okay, the mgr Raul is the best thing that could of ever happened to this place, he is the perfect mgr in every way, when you need something done he gets it done, if you have questions hes increadibly polite and kind. There was a woman Mgr Amy that hurt our family so bad it took us a year to get back on our feet, I'll never understand how someone could do that we had a 9 month old baby at the time. When my husband pulled in to meet me to grab his lunch took about 10 mins to say hello grab lunch abd use restroom, Amy yelled why is this truck here so he apologized explained the situation and that he wouldnt ever drive the truck in there again ( lets not forget this is our home) she kinda walked off and he went to work, well she got the phone number off th

Lived here a few years back and let me tell ya, I felt sorry for the other tenants! The owner seemed more concerned about her money than anything, although petty “issues” seemed to be a close second. If she happened to be passing by, she’d grill any tenants outside about misc. debris laying on the ground (and I do mean petty-I’m talking maybe a wrapper or two dropped by accident or cigarette butts that didn’t make it into an ashtray!) REAL issues like doors that didn’t latch, exposed staples sticking up in the flooring, mold that she of course washed her hands of and blamed on the tenants, etc etc never really got resolved. Reading the other reviews, I’m not surprised by her previous actions. Save your money and move elsewhere!!

The new owners don’t care about their tenants here. Some people have to park across the street because the parking is so bad. There’s not enough parking spots for each apartment. No windows in the bathrooms, that’s why it’s so much mold in the buildings. Living rooms are small. You’ll get your money’s worth somewhere else. By the way the owners are TERRIBLE

The owner Pat doesn't do anything about any problems happening in the apartments. It seemed like the manager Raul tried more than she did at fixing the problem. For her it was just nothing to her. All she cares about is receiving the money. That's all she cares about.
