Sarah and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I were living in the NOVA area and were relocating to Richmond so often times we would text Sarah super last minute hoping to see a house on the weekends. Sarah was always so accommodating to our crazy schedules and was an absolute wealth of knowledge. She was so thoughtful about not only our experience during the house buying process but afterwards as well. She and Tara (who stepped in when Sarah was on vacation) were always SO quick to respond and were on top of everything. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy in the RVA area - especially first time homebuyers who may be overwhelmed by the process. Wish I could give her and Tara more than 5 stars!!

Two words....T.H.E. B.E.S.T of the best. This is the second time Sarah sold our home. Our first home (in the 400K range) she sold in 3 days back in 2011. Our second home (in the 250K range), she sold in 1 day! Coincident? I think not! What's great about her is that she does not sacrifice quality, even if my second home is in the much lower price range. I can probably write a 2 page summary on how great Sarah Bice and Associates is, but I'll get straight to the point: - She is organized, quick and efficient. Her team, Alice, Wei Wei super duper nice to work with. - She is super responsive. Always picks up on my phone calls or responds to my emails within minutes!! - She hires a stager/designer to stage your home with awesome furniture/art work (free of charge, YES, FREE). After that, you do
