Sandy Ridge Apartments

I have to edit this review after being here for seven months.I live here and it is conveniently quiet and calm and neighborly this I can say proudly. But I’m going to strongly advise that anyone that decides to move here. Makes sure that when they go over their lease, they recognize that there’s a piece of paper that you sign that says you need to go over everything in your apartment on day one and chart down anything that you see that needs to be fixed that is not your fault and report it immediately so that you don’t end up getting charged for it later when you move out. This is something that I am seeing is becoming an epidemic here sadly. I am disabled. I am in an electric wheelchair And there’s not much that I can break and be blamed for. The complex really need to be up on snow plow of sidewalk, complex, and ramps for the disabled. An ambulance got stuck in the snow because no snow removal was done. The owner doesn't care about the tenants or repairing the property correctly and keeps management in the office to do his dirty work. Only move here if it is your last resort! Someone really needs to take care of the property, period!!! This place went downhill since the new owner.

Convinced lesley the property manager is making up fees to line her pockets. Sje refuses to disclose who she works for or how to contact the property owners.DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Staff is amazing. Michelle is so helpful and personable. Have been living here for a few months and can't think of any complaints. The few maintenance issues we have had have been fixed in a very timely manner. The best animal policy. Very animal friendly. No breed or size restrictions for dogs. Our furbabies love it here.

I see alot of people moving out of this place they need to be investigating this place they money hungry they lied about central air they need to lower the rent for a one bedroom 1250 then u got electric and gas and they charge u $10 for online payments wow I remember the rent was almost $900 for a one bedroom until different people took over something isn't right and BHIINSPECTIONS needs to investigate sandyridge apartments they charging $125 late fee if u late on ur Rent the second day knowing u got till the 5th but the second day they threating the tenants with court I don't think that's legal they need to change or be investigated
