From where I stand, there seems to be a certain amount of dishonesty going on routinely, starting with the owners and trickling down to their staff. Bait and switch and then expecting customers to be okay with it. I believe if a judge heard what's gone on, they would come out on the losing side in litigation. Not pleased at all.

They were great during the buying process but the deal breaker was recommending a hack home inspector! He missed the damaged foundation, which cost me about 12k to repair! I would have never bought the house if I knew about this issue. Stay away from American Dream Realty and D-S Quality Home Inspection, LLC , inspector Stephen M. Jones!
