Called her office since she was given a document over a month ago to fill out and has not even touched it. She claims that she's waiting for something from the IRS but quickly jumps on how many tenants are living in the unit which is 1. I guess she thinks that when someone visits and stays for a long period of time (a month or 2) that that person lives there. When I tried to explain this to her she hung up the phone on me. The more she sits on these documents the more the rent accumulates and with my recorded conversation I hope the judge pardons the unpaid rent due to her not doing her job and filing out the paper work on time.
