I want to give a shout out to the maintenance team. David is always here and he tries his best to fix any issues I may have. He is professional and keeps great attitude even in the very hot temperatures we’d face in SCV.

I’ve been living here for over a month now and I would say I’m satisfied. I think with moving into any property management company it’s a business and it should be taken as such. So I do understand that end. The parking is high priced though I mean $150 for once spot is excessive but like I said a business. There are little things I wish I would’ve known before I moved in though like my washer and dryer only work one at a time. If washer is going, then dryer won’t run. So if that’s something that is important to you. Make sure you ask about specific details. But overall I’ve had a few maintenance issues after moving in but they’ve fixed it in a timely manner. We've been living here for about a year and just renewed our lease! We absolutely love living here, my kids love it as well. We had an issue with our water heater and the building manager came within 10 min to stop the leak. The next morning our water heater was replaced. It was such a great relief that this was handled fast. I love how professional and nice management and maintenance crews are. The community is pretty peaceful and my kids love playing outside with their neighbors. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family
